In Charlottenburg in central Berlin we are converting a 19th century hospital into apartments. The first of the series is completed and will be sold through Sotheby’s. Defined by a large bay window, the apartment has 280m2 of light flooded rooms to explore.

We are excited to share the news about the completion of our newest project. A sports and health retreat called The Lake House, surrounded by water and forest on a small peninsula in Berlin.

Michelberger Farm in Spreewald south of Berlin is completed and the first guests have arrived in the hotel. On the farm you can learn about regenerative agriculture, enjoy the self produced food and sleep in one of the cosy rooms upstairs. Or you can take a bath on the roof terrace overlooking the forest and green fields.
